UK Tribunal to investigate China’s alleged Genocide and crimes against Humanity against Uyghur, Kazakh and other Turkic Muslim populations.

Delivery of the Judgment

On 9th of December 2021, Sir Geoffrey Nice QC delivered the Uyghur Tribunal’s judgment.

There was an error in paragraph 39 of the judgment below which has since been rectified.

On 10 January 2022, the judgment has been amended to reflect corrections of mostly typographical errors.

Appendices were added to the Judgment on the 20th September 2022.
